Julia and Diego of Mara Madeira Coffee have hand-delivered their beans from Brazil to this counter.

Our comfortable setting makes this the place to meet up with friends and co-workers — a wide variety of seating, from two-tops to six-tops, plus a couch and a loveseat for the cozier side of the room.

At heart, Friendship Coffee Co. is about community. Between the events we host through the year and a seating area people settle into, it's an easy place to make a new friend.

Our story

Two friends started this in 2013.

  1. 2013

    A Savannah wholesale company

    Libby Miller and Gay Fortson founded Friendship Coffee Company as a Savannah-based wholesale distributor, born out of love for family, friends, and quality coffee.

  2. 2016

    The coffee house opens on Wilmington Island

    In late 2016, Gay and Libby expanded to give Wilmington Island and Greater Savannah a new place to make friends, eat great food, and drink great coffee — a spacious room with a dynamic menu, a retail shop, and events all year.
